Our main goal is for you to receive the perfect party so please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing as every order is made specially for you. If you need an order faster contact us via email for rush requests, we will do everything in our power to help you get what you need in time.

 

What carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS and Fedex

 

When will my order ship?


All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Most orders placed by 2:00 pm eastern time, Mon-Fri, will usually ship on or before the 5th business day, providing credit card information is correct and that it’s not a Holiday (for example, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day). 

 

To ensure we don’t delay the process we give you until 2pm eastern time of the business day following your purchase for you to review the proof. If we don’t hear from you we move on to printing and assembling your order. We recommend that you approve your proof as soon as possible after receiving it and that you plan ahead in order to receive all of your items a couple of days before you need them.  

 

Once processed, packages will ship from our Washington, DC location via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex via your selected shipping method. 

 

You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with the tracking code and expected arrival date. However, we cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier so order with a bit of time in advance in case there is bad weather or any delays while your order is in transit.

 

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O .Boxes?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don’t at this moment. We ship orders only to the 50 United States.

 

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! Just keep in mind that shipping time may vary for orders being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend on the merchandise total, weight, and chosen shipping method. You will be able to select your shipping method on the checkout page.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

*Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

Shipping options

Currently we offer four shipping options.

Remember to start counting AFTER the day it ships. (Note: Shipping days refer to business days only) and to expect your package to be delivered in the afternoon. Shipping times never include Sundays or Holidays.

- USPS Priority Mail 1 Day: Offered only for individual party decorations. Shipping times 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail 1 Day.


Fedex Express Saver: Shipping times 3 business day. Arrives 3 days after it ships.


- Fedex 2 Day: Shipping times 2 business days via Fedex 2 Day. Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday.


- Fedex Ground : 5-7 business days transit time.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package during transit.
 

Single shipments and split shipments

We take great pride and care in our packaging so we make sure everything ships in one single box for your convenience. However, if your order is larger than the average we may find it necessary to divide the contents in two separate boxes but these will always be shipped together.

 

Multiple shipping addresses

Each order is shipped to one single address. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses please place a different order for each address.

 

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier. However, we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your products and will fix any issues with items that are damaged in transit.
